STEP 1: Please check that we are still available on your Wedding / Event date.

STEP 2.Submit a Booking Form ((Below).Please fill out ALL details including quote given and press "Submit".
STEP 3. A $200 deposit is required to secure the Booking .
Once we receive the Booking Form, Tracy will email the Deposit Information.
We can only "lock in" the date for you once the deposit has been received.
We ask that the deposit is paid within 3 days of submitting the Booking Form.
A receipt will be given once the deposit clears.
STEP 4. Balance of Payment.The balance is due at least 2 days before the function (a receipt will be given).
This is to ensure that neither band members, nor a guest, has to carry money around and worry about payment
at the function. There is fun to be had! :-)

PERFORMANCE:
DURATION IS THE EQUIVALENT OF APPROXIMATELY 4 X 45 MINUTE SETS (OR 3 LONGER SETS) OVER A PERIOD OF FIVE TO SIX HOURS (ALLOWING FOR FORMAILITIES SUCH AS SPEECHES ETC.)
MEALS:
We ask that you please ensure that each band member is served at least a main meal and soft drinks at the function.
The band is usually there for over one hour before guests arrive and one hour after they leave, sometimes over eight hours in total,
so entrees or desserts would be a bonus, and certainly appreciated! Please advise the venue in advance. Thank-you.
DEPOSIT:
We ask for a deposit of $200 to secure the date of the function.
Should the client cancel a booking, Pizazz Entertainment reserves the right to withhold the deposit.
BALANCE:
*Pizazz Entertainment have never cancelled a performance, but should this happen due to unforseen circumstances, we will refund the entire deposit and do our best to find alternative entertainment for the client.
Balance is due in full at the Wedding/Function. We will accept payment via Direct Debit one week before the function,or a Cheque one week before the function made out to “Pizazz Entertainment”. A receipt will be given.This method is to ensure that large sums of money are not being carried around at the wedding or function either by a guest,or by a band member.
